I had such a great experience at this salon! From consultation to the final result, everything was clearly explained and I felt comfortable throughout. I was nervous for my first balayage, but Rahul was very patient and honest. They considered my hair history and made sure the results were realistic while still giving a beautiful change. Amazing experience with Trinity from start to finish! She was so patient and kind, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time and even stayed after hours to get my hair just right.
