I honestly love coming here every time! The service is always amazing and I’m so happy with my hair. This time I had the leave-in treatment and my hair feels incredibly soft, smooth and frizz-free. This is always one of the best salons in dubai. I used to stay in business bay and I never thought about going to other salon at all. Recently I moved to other area and I’ve tried many salons but never satisfied as eyelash secret! So even if it’s little far from my area but I will only go to this salon. Today I got treatment with Ms.Marianna again and she did amazing as always. Thank you.

The hair service by the team is amazing. However the nails need improving and the prices need to reflect dubai mall or the building. Higher prices than Wow salon Dubai mall.

Sako has been my hairdresser for over 2 years, and he is truly the most amazing and professional hair artist I have ever come across. I frequently have events and photoshoots, so I often come in for different hairstyles, and the level of perfection he achieves every single time is beyond exceptional🙏 After living in Dubai for over 30 years and visiting many of the best salons and hairdressers in the city, I can honestly say that Sako stands out. From the Calmness cleanness , how they so friendly and on top of all professional 👏🏻👏🏻 i tried nails and hair and i was very very satisfied no comments at all. First time visiting this barbers whilst staying in Business Bay. Yusuf is a real pro, I only had to explain to him once what I wanted doing (haircut, beard style and shave) and he got it straight away & was very thorough, took time and gave great attention to details. Followed up the haircut with a foot spa and pedicure which was also pretty much on point. I would very much recommend this 5* place.

I had such a lovely experience! I got a manicure, pedicure with inna and a massage with Rita, and everything was perfect. Rita and inna were amazing so professional, kind, and made me feel completely relaxed. The manicure and pedicure were done beautifully, and I absolutely loved the results. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I've been coming to Salon No.9 for over 3 years, and they never disappoint! Lanes did my Calgel pedicure, and she's amazing—so knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and truly passionate about what she does. Maricel did my Calgel manicure, and she absolutely nailed the simple yet unique design I wanted! What keeps me coming back is not only the professionalism and quality of the team but also the warm atmosphere. The reception team is always so welcoming—I genuinely feel like I'm coming home, but with extra pampering! ❤️ Highly recommended!
