Had a chemical peel this morning. Suki always is friendly tells me step by step what she's going to do. All products used are to the highest quality my skin is glowing always give me my after care. I was initially very nervous as I'm terrible with needles but Sarah was very reassuring and after the first injection I completely relaxed. Sarah's technique is spot on, not only did she do my botox without any discomfort at all she actually made me feel chilled out. I know the needles are only tiny but if you have an irrational fear of needles as I do its a much more difficult experience psychologically. No one has ever taken the time and care, it was a completely different experience than I'm used to! The girl has a magic touch!

I've had many treatments with Sarah from facials to lipblush. Today I had a fine line tattoo. I am obsessed with it! The precision and placement are totally on point it was pain free, I suppose due to the extra fine needle. I've received so many compliments. I've already planned quite a few more and can't wait for my journey to progress.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I would have given 10 stars if there had been a choice. I have followed Simone around Birmingham. She has NEVER let me down. Pickles & Co's staff fit so well together, you can feel a cosy friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Well done everyone. My next appointment was booked before I left.
