I had my first experience doing a hydro2 facial at Shapins harrow clinic today. Niloufar Mohandes who did the facial was amazing! Hands were gentle. She made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure and most importantly told me step by step every thing that she is doing as she is doing it, this made me feel at ease and relaxed. The atmosphere was very calming 😌 ! Enjoyed the experience!

I was really sceptical about trying microneedling because I'd heard some horror stories, but Andreea completely changed my perception. She took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions and made me feel completely at ease.
