I really enjoy my appointments at Enerchi Radyr. This morning I had a wonderful facial treatment with Leah. I have been coming to Enerchi for about 15 years now, and really appreciate the good that it does me. Leah is a brilliant therapist who makes me feel very relaxed and welcome. After having a bad waxing experience with a previous company, I was a little nervous about a new business, however, the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Charlie was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The room was lovely and clean and bright, and the service itself was great. I have already booked my next appointment and would recommend to anyone.

First time using Kats Claws to have my eyebrows waxed. Was made to feel extremely comfortable as soon as I stepped in. My concerns were taken into account and each step was explained to me. Came out feeling really good about myself and the constant compliments from Kat during my appt was a boost. Will definitely be using these on a regular basis going forward.
