Mitch is the best! He really knows what he is doing! If you are an athlete, this is what you need. I'm a rock climber, cyclist, and weight lifter. But I also work a desk job and drive a lot. Within 30 seconds of meeting me he knew exactly what I needed. I like deep DEEP tissue work that will push me to my limits and Mitch delivered. It was also my first time experiencing cupping and it was amazing. Whatever you're looking for just come here!

I always feel like a million bucks after my massage with Mitch! I have the worst shoulder and neck pain and his massage gives me relief. He is seriously the best in Reno!

Hands down the best and most therapeutic massage I get, which is why I have stuck with Mitch for a few years now. It’s not hit or miss with him. He is intuitive to the body’s needs and consistently delivers. I go for deep-tissue/sports massages because I tend to get locked up and tight (largely due to work and my physical activity, but also because I don’t stretch and take care of my body like I probably should). My sessions with him are intense, but the relief I have afterwards is well worth it. Mitch is incredibly personable, too. Highly recommended.

Mitch is the best. The massage I got was beyond deep tissue. I am still sore a day later but I feel so much better. He suggested coming back in a month or so. I’m going back next week.

Mitch is incredible! He’s truly next level! I put my body through a lot, at work, at the gym, at home. He was able to use his special techniques to loosen up literally years of pent up stress. Muscles that were no longer contracting because they were too tight. He found spots I didn’t even know I had! My session was unlike any massage I’ve ever had. It’s truly more body work, where’s he able to get into those adhesions and break up any fascia that’s needed. It was also my first time cupping…WOW! I left floating, my body/mind were in euphoria!! Cried in my car because I felt so good!! The BEST!

Amazing massage therapist!

MMT is the BEST in town! I used to be a spa girl, but their massages did nothing for my TMJ, neck pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain, and sciatic pain. I love to rock climb and weight lift, but I neglected this part of my health for too long. If you're an active person and/or someone with chronic pain, stretching isn't enough. Mitch will help you find the source of the issue and work on it. This experience is not for the faint of heart, but you will be so happy you did it!

Probably the most healing massage and cupping therapy I have ever had. Mitch was great at targeting areas and making sure that my body will be feeling great.

My husband had surgery on a broken arm and has had delayed recuperation due to some nerve injury. Although he is going to regularly scheduled therapy, it was suggested that possibly some massage would help.
