Booked a cut and blow dry today, was sorted out by a girl called Phoebe , she was lovely and did an amazing job. I love a “quiet” appointment to just relax/switch off and that’s exactly what I got. The head massage whilst washing my hair was so nice too. Highly recommend!

Nicole was absolutely wonderful! Went in nervous due to previous hairdressers not having a clue on the style of cut I wanted; Nicole went through it all with me, recommendations, making me aware it needed a lot of styling. She fulfilled the cut absolutely wonderfully and guided me with my hair type/thickness etc how to style and cut it to achieve what I wanted from the reference pictures. I am exceptionally happy with my cut and will be rebooking with her in the future. Thank you Nicole!!!

This was my first time at Gould’s, Southampton so was open minded to what the service and standard would be. Without over playing it the whole experience was faultless. Phil did the cut in a way that I’ve not seen before? Other hairdressers usually just use clippers and finish with scissors but part of his process was to use the cut throat razor to start. All in all a really good hair cut and even my wife said best cut for a long time. Thank you Phil, see you soon.

I had a great experience today at Bita. I came in with long curly hair and got a nice short cut with bangs. The hairdresser was lovely and also offered me coffee and a snack. I don't know much about hair but she taught me how to blow-dry it and what product to use to avoid fuzzy hair at the top. I also got eyebrows threaded, wasn't painful. Will come back!

I am absolutely over the moon with the experience I had with Carrie-Anne! She worked magic with my hair color, achieving the perfect shade that I had always wanted. Not only that, but she also gave me the most amazing layered cut, leaving my hair looking and feeling incredible. The bouncy blow dry she finished with added the perfect touch, giving my hair volume and life. A shoutout to Mitch, her partner, who was on standby with delicious lattes and biscuits. This thoughtful gesture was much appreciated, especially after a long day hard day at work.
