I was in Melbourne for the weekend before traveling to the US and really needed to get my roots touched up on a Sunday. I was able to get Ian appointment at the last minute. Jim was very professional and understanding of my objectives. He did an excellent job on the colour. He also trimmed and styled my hair. I will come back to the salon when I next in Melbourne and ask for Jim.

Today was my fourth visit to Marcia Valeria Hair Salon, and once again, Marcia worked her magic! She doesn’t just understand what her clients want — she also offers thoughtful suggestions to achieve the best possible results. In the past, she’s done balayage for me, and it turned out absolutely brilliant. I always leave her salon looking and feeling at least ten years younger. Today, after just a haircut, wash, and blow-dry, my 10-year-old daughter said, “Mum, now you look like my older sister, not my mum!” That says it all. The long drive to see Marcia is 100% worth it every single time.

I had a very good experience with Chloe taking care of my frizz hair. I had a consultation where she gave me some very good advice and tips about hair care. A good haircut and styling and I was really happy with the final results. Would definitely recommend this place.

I had the best experience with Jerrica (sorry if spelt wrong) the patience and kindness with my tender head and tangeled curly hair really was a refreshing change where other hairdressers at different salons have made me feel like an inconvenience! Honestly the best extension relift, root colour and wash and blow wave of my life! Will absolutely be coming back for my regular re lift and more!

I was early to my appointment and all the girls were lovely. Cornelia did my make up and she is easy to talk to, she let me make decisions about what colours I was going with, gave me good advice and made my decisions easy. I have had dry skin and was worried about foundation but the whole make up look lasted way longer than 24 hours. I left feeling happy, confident and very grateful 🥰
