I was in Melbourne for the weekend before traveling to the US and really needed to get my roots touched up on a Sunday. I was able to get Ian appointment at the last minute. Jim was very professional and understanding of my objectives. He did an excellent job on the colour. He also trimmed and styled my hair. I will come back to the salon when I next in Melbourne and ask for Jim.

I had the best experience with Jerrica (sorry if spelt wrong) the patience and kindness with my tender head and tangeled curly hair really was a refreshing change where other hairdressers at different salons have made me feel like an inconvenience! I was early to my appointment and all the girls were lovely. Cornelia did my make up and she is easy to talk to, she let me make decisions about what colours I was going with, gave me good advice and made my decisions easy. I have had dry skin and was worried about foundation but the whole make up look lasted way longer than 24 hours. I left feeling happy, confident and very grateful 🥰
