I came here today for the first time to have old BIAB removed and a new set applied. The staff were very welcoming and Lotty did a fantastic job. My natural nails are very weak and brittle and she was very gentle to make sure she didn’t do any more damage and her work looks very clean and natural. She recommended to shape them to complement my hands and I could not be happier!
