First time visiting Chaps for my two boys and will definitely be back! Grant really knows his stuff. A true professional and very personable. My young girls came to see Mel today for haircuts, wash and blow dry. The service was fantastic. Mel is welcoming and made the girls feel instantly comfortable. She listened to what they wanted and provided helpful feedback so they were making good decisions with their cuts. She engaged so well with the girls, I got to sit back and switch off. Was lovely!
