I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Donjeta always does an amazing job on my hair. She did a beautiful cut on my extensions to blend them perfectly. She is knowledgeable and was able to fix an extension bead that a different stylist (not from HER) had installed. I live in Toronto but always make the trip to Burlington for my hair appointments at HER because it is so worth it

I had a full highlight, colour, blow dry and style with Felma and could not have been happier! Felma is pleasant and professional. She looked at some photo suggestions and then we both agreed on what would look best. She took her time, worked hard and I was so thrilled with my beautiful blonde results. She also has a very pleasant demeanour. I love how the whole team works together at Clip and everyone is very nice! I will be back!

A few months ago I came in to meet with Katie and start to go blonder in preparation for my upcoming wedding. After sharing that I wanted to get extensions she suggested that I meet with Donjeta who could colour match me for extensions. When I came in for my appointment today, Katie and Donjeta had already chatted and she knew exactly the direction I was looking to take my hair… Talk about an awesome team that really cares about their clients!
