Nova at Thai Metha is incredible. The perfect blend of deep, effective stretches and soothing massage — exactly what my body needed. Nova has an amazing sense of pressure, rhythm, and technique, and I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and completely restored. One of the best treatments I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend.

It was a great experience for me and my husband. We’re exploring a good massage or spa near our area and saw Thai Metha Massage. We went there twice. First time we had was deep tissue, Tyler and Cindy was great! Today, we came back to try their remedial massage and we’re absolutely delighted! Beam was my massage therapist. She hit all the right spots and Tyler was my Husband’s therapist, he was amazing! Thank you. Highly recommended! 😊

I had an amazing Thai massage here with Rita,a Japanese girl. The therapist was professional, attentive, and really knew how to work out all the tension. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and full of energy. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the whole experience was top quality. Highly recommend to anyone needing a proper reset!

I had a really good experience at Thai Metha Massage. I’ve been there a few times now, and each visit has been great. I recently had a remedial massage with Ella, and she was very professional with excellent technique. As a frequent runner and swimmer, I carry a lot of muscle tension, and the massage helped me feel relaxed and released tight areas in my body. Highly recommended 👍
