It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! Had a lovely massage with Natasha today and would definitely recommend. I booked a Swedish massage, but after discussing what I was looking for, she adapted the pressure to something between a Swedish and a deep tissue massage, which was perfect for me. She was very flexible and attentive throughout. She also kindly included a little extra time for an Indian head massage that I hadn't booked in advance, which was a lovely addition. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely easy to talk to. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and very well looked after. I'll definitely be booking Natasha again. Thank you!
