Honestly, this is the best massage ever. Remi is so experienced, applies the perfect pressure and responsive to what I need. I tried the buccal massage for the first time, it was excellent and really helped to relax my jaw. I cant recommend Remi highly enough 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had the most incredible Japanese head spa experience yesterday with Rosa. From start to finish, it was pure relaxation. The treatment included not only the head spa itself, but also a beautiful facial and a massage across my shoulders and arms, which made it feel like a full luxury spa experience rather than just a hair treatment. Rosa washed my hair so thoroughly and gently, and then used a variety of different techniques and treatments on my scalp and hair that felt amazing. If you’re thinking about booking a Japanese head spa, do it and definitely book Rosa!

I had my hair cut this afternoon by Rosie and couldn't be happier with the result. Rosie was very friendly, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She did a fantastic job bringing my tired hair back to life – it feels and looks so much healthier and refreshed. The whole experience was lovely from start to finish. Had a really relaxing time at Rich Hair today. First a facial, then my hair was coloured, cut and blow dried. I also had a head massage and left the salon feeling amazing. The staff are a really happy and friendly group who make sure that all clients receive the best treatment.

The Team have done it again. Thank you to Pooja for the most amazing one hour deep tissue massage. My body is feeling so light and as someone with fibromyalgia this has helped me immensely. Amazing service even when rushed off their feet they still managed to cater to everyone and maintained excellent service. Everyone works as a team to make sure the appointments ran as smooth as possible. This was my first visit will defo come back.

Moon is exceptional..Threading I find is a painful experience and normal come away with pretty tender eyebrows, but whenever Moon does it, I'm in alot less pain. She always asks how I want it done before hand, and will take her time also. 10/10
