Kirstie was brilliant. This isn’t your standard health and beauty salon. Kirstie has a great understanding of the body and provided exactly what I needed. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage to help recover from the gym. The studio itself is modern, smells incredible and felt very welcoming. I cannot recommend highly enough😁

I have a shoulder injury which has been causing me issues with my upper back and neck. Martine knew exactly where to work and her techniques just seemed to dissolve the issues over the hour. I can honestly say I have never had a treatment like this before and will 100% be rebooking! Also have to mention the new clinic in Stoke. It’s absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much :-)

Highly recommend Act2Recovery! I was struggling with persistent knee pain and aching legs from sitting for long hours at my office desk. I don't often leave reviews but had to make an exception this time! I had been suffering from pain in my neck and back for a long time, with minimal relief despite trying multiple measures and seeking help from my GP.
