The bed was so warm and comfortable - a grounding sheet and a crystal maze really did its magic on me. The addition of Reiki and reflexology elevated the whole experience. I left feeling lighter, more balanced and reconnected to my body. Even my bloating reduced and my sleep improved. Natalie was so calm and chilled when trying to get blood as I was so dehydrated which was my own fault. Otherwise, my facial was just fine. 😊

As usual very good. Natalie is so gentle and my skin is super sensitive but she always manages to limit bruising. Always need the too up as an older person but always get excellent results that seem to last for a good while.
