Biverkningar är inte vanliga, men kan inkludera blödning eller blåmärken vid nålens införingspunkter. Bevis är inte avgörande, men torr nålning tros vara effektiv för att minska mild till måttlig muskelsmärta.

Vad är skillnaden mellan torr nålning och akupunktur?

Akupunktur är en gammal kinesisk medicin som har funnits i århundraden, till skillnad från torr nålning som bara har varit tillgänglig under de senaste åren.
