I’ve been looking for a new masseuse since moving to Sydney and Hannah far exceeded all of my expectations. The whole experience was completely serene from start to finish, which is often not the case with remedial massage. Hannah is incredibly talented and really helped to work out the knots in my back that were causing pain and tension headaches - have already booked in again for weekly sessions with her!

Very relaxing and even with my stiff back and shoulders Hina did an amazing job to help loosen them up. Sorry for making your hands and thumbs very tired because my back was so tight 😭. Definitely would come again when i visit Sydney.

Aya is excellent . I usually go for a deep tissue massage due to my consistent neck and shoulder pain from a long time injury. If you like the type of massage where they string out every fibre of your muscle , and goes inch by inch with fingers of steel , then Aya is your person.

Sophie was amazing! She listened to all of my concerns and knew exactly what my body needed. She found all of my tight spots and trigger points and really helped relieve the tension. As a runner and someone training for HYROX, my body gets very tight, and I left feeling so much better. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole experience exceptional. I always love my massages at Zen but my massage today with Ryoko was especially relaxing! I told her my tense areas on my shoulder and she massaged my neck and also my jaw which she said also contributed to my tense shoulders. I think this shows her level of expertise in finding the root to our tension all over our body, not only to the area where we feel pain. Thank you Ryoko!

Thomas is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever met. He checked in about pressure, focused on the tight spots I mentioned, and found problem areas I didn’t even realise I had. Had sore feet that detested walking. I had pain across the top of my left foot that radiated to just below my ankle. All of this dysfunction from a rolled ankle thirty odd years ago. Had six "yellow light" treatments. Improved movement in my ankles, reduced the swelling in my ankles markedly. And the pain now greatly reduced. Now my left foot is working much better. Well worth the effort .
