Very relaxing and even with my stiff back and shoulders Hina did an amazing job to help loosen them up. Sorry for making your hands and thumbs very tired because my back was so tight 😭. Definitely would come again when i visit Sydney.

I made an appointment at Zen for long standing shoulder / neck and back issues. I elected to have dry needling of which I have had before at Zen. Kouki the lovely therapist / specialist that I see at Zen is always of the highest professionalism and skill. I walked out of the studio feeling taller and in much less pain. Aya is excellent . I usually go for a deep tissue massage due to my consistent neck and shoulder pain from a long time injury. If you like the type of massage where they string out every fibre of your muscle , and goes inch by inch with fingers of steel , then Aya is your person.

First ever slimming massage — I loved the deeper and quicker strokes especially on the front and back of my legs. Abdominal massage was the highlight of my session and wished I had more time in this area. My therapist was extremely attentive and intuitive. She also did some trigger point work for my lower back and glutes which left me in an even happier mood walking out! Thank you for your hands and skills. 90mins is the bare minimum needed for such therapeutic work.

I always have the BEST massage with Gammar! She is so exceptional at releasing all the tight spots around the glutes, hips and shoulders. She is truly an expert at knowing where all the pressure points are and releasing all the tightness from your body so you walk out feeling like a dream. At the time, not so much, but I always say no pain, no gain! Ask for the Thai traditional massage with no oil, its her specialty and it's literally on par if not better than any massage you'll get from a physio. Thank you so much Gammar!

I always love my massages at Zen but my massage today with Ryoko was especially relaxing! I told her my tense areas on my shoulder and she massaged my neck and also my jaw which she said also contributed to my tense shoulders. I think this shows her level of expertise in finding the root to our tension all over our body, not only to the area where we feel pain. Thank you Ryoko!

These amazing therapists are so lovely and really know what they're doing. Had a great first experience here, would highly recommend checking their services out. They fit me in at the last minute and did a wonderful job. I re-booked, prior to leaving the salon. Tucked away in a corner, Nadeshiko is a fantastic place to go to for a massage. I opted for a dry scalp massage plus foot reflexology. The place was clean and the atmosphere relaxing. Massage was on point and I didn't have to tell the masseur to add or reduce pressure. Tea was served after the massage. Will definitely return.

It was amazing and so was Yim! I had a few bigger issues so Yim concentrated on trigger pointing those areas to loosen up the area and gave me some exercises to do after to help with the ongoing management. Can’t wait til she’s back from holidays so I can go back for another visit .
