Michael is an excellent massage therapist! I went in with terrible back and neck tightness and pain and came out feeling amazing. I will definitely be going back to see him! If you want an excellent deep tissue massage Michael is your guy! GYB is the best place in town to get the best massage. Janie being an amazing therapist herself, does such a great job finding the best therapist around. Everyone here is top notch. I've never had a bad massage at GYB. THANK YOU!!

I consider myself a fairly big and decently built guy for my age. I had lower back hip pain for weeks that I couldn't get broken up. Spencer, save the day. Professional, good personality, and superb service. His stretching and deep tissue had me relieved after the session. It must go to. Best of luck to you Spencer Janie was also fantastic as an owner. Total bliss! Anna provided the perfect amount of pressure while maintaining total relaxation. I'm not sure how she does that but I'm definitely returning. Highly recommend the deep tissue with hot stones. The ambience was also serene. I floated out of there.

Spencer has the "healing hands" touch. He listened to my symptoms and was very in-tune with my body's needs. The pressure was perfect for me (very deep pressure which I needed and enjoyed!). I feel so much better after our session and only wish I'd booked for longer. Roanoke is about an hour drive for me but I would happily make the trek again for such a great experience. It was my partner's first massage and he said Alek did an excellent job! He didn't realize the tension he'd been carrying and said he'd definitely go back! He especially enjoyed the hot stones.

My deep tissue massage with Michael was beyond anything I expected. I normally require a lot of deep pressure and have struggled to find someone who can truly work at the level I need. Michael absolutely delivered. The massage was glorious and for the first time in a long time, my nagging back pain is gone. Highly recommend to anyone looking for real deep tissue work.
