I had the most incredible pregnancy massage today at The Warwick Spa and I honestly can’t recommend it enough 🤍 From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, warm and so welcoming. I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage with Susanna, primarily for lower back pain. It was possibly one of the best massages I’ve had. Very firm - but she continued to check the pressure was ok and not painful, but I prefer it strong! Despite the heat outside (July heatwave) the treatment room was cool, well ventilated and very comfortable. I would highly recommend and I will become a regular visitor!

I had a deep tissue massage which was amazing and I highly recommend! I felt the difference in my back where it had previously been feeling tight. I requested they skip the Tibetan singing bowls because I belong to Jesus, which they were very happy to do. The message felt really good, it was very relaxing and my mum and I really enjoyed the experience. The location is great as there’s easy parking.

I floated out of the building after my deep tissue massage with Sarah - I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. Sarah is very welcoming and immediately puts you at ease. She checked in with me throughout the session that the pressure was just right and that I was comfortable . The treatment room was lovely - clean, calm and perfect ambient temperature. I will definitely be going back!

My son and I had the wellness package. It was amazing. A lot of money but absolutely worth every penny. 30 minutes infrared sauna, an hour massage and an hour float. We were greeted when we walked in and everything was explained. I'd done the float before but my son hadn't. We did the sauna together then I went for a massage while my son did the float, then we swapped. We had a deep tissue massage from Trish, which was absolutely amazing. She used various techniques, some of which I'd not experienced before. It was a really relaxing few hours in a comfortable environment with lovely people.

He communicated with me very well, asked about my concerns / issues and worked really well according to my specific needs and kept talking to me throughout the session to make sure the treatment was working well for me. He is really professional, and gave me a very good deep tissue massage. I felt great after the session!
