I floated out of the building after my deep tissue massage with Sarah - I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. Sarah is very welcoming and immediately puts you at ease. She checked in with me throughout the session that the pressure was just right and that I was comfortable . The treatment room was lovely - clean, calm and perfect ambient temperature. My son and I had the wellness package. It was amazing. A lot of money but absolutely worth every penny. 30 minutes infrared sauna, an hour massage and an hour float. We were greeted when we walked in and everything was explained. I'd done the float before but my son hadn't. We did the sauna together then I went for a massage while my son did the float, then we swapped. We had a deep tissue massage from Trish, which was absolutely amazing. She used various techniques, some of which I'd not experienced before. It was a really relaxing few hours in a comfortable environment with lovely people.
