Professional, patient focused, and attentive service. The physio support was clear and tailored to my needs, and the deep tissue massage was thorough and effective. I felt listened to, understood, and well cared for. Highly recommended.

First time sports massage newbie, Jamie was very professional throughout the entire process of welcome, explanation of what to expect, sports massage itself, and aftercare/self help recommendations. The sports massage was very thorough and relaxing, and I left the session feeling a lot less tense than I had realised I actually was. Would certainly recommend Jamie, and will be returning again.

Very professional and friendly. Walked in bent over walked out back straight. Sherean took the time to also show me stretches to do at home to help keep me free from pain. I would definitely recommend Body 1st.
