Darcy is your man! I had a sore/stiff right shoulder and booked a 1 hr deep tissue massage. On top of the massage, he showed me a few band exercises for the shoulder and threw in a cupping therapy worth $29 for free. He is so good and my shoulder is so much better. He is your 'GO TO MAN' for a massage.

For a budget-style day spa, they are pretty good. I personally would not say their deep tissue massage is a massage. It's more rubbing and not very firm, but again, for the price, I think it's decent.
