I arrived at my laser hair removal appointment with my lidocaine applied at home on my chest area to reduce the pain, however, my skin reacted to my cream showing slight redness since I left it on my skin for too long. NP Jamie advised to wait and see if the redness will calm down, so that I don’t have to reschedule appointment since I never have time. After a few minutes, the redness went away and we finished our laser treatment. 5/5

Relaxing and energizing experience as always. Pearl pampered me with an amazing facial. I was able to do some self care by using the spa. I enjoy the Himalayan Salt room as it helps reduce inflammation and control my asthma. My skin is soft after using the steam and my lungs feel great. I am able to breathe better after the steam room too. I was able to use the hot tub as part of my ankle fractured physical therapy -recovery. I even had the opportunity to be assessed for skin treatment as I have sun damage on my face. I have been coming here since ten years ago. The customer service is great!

We love the team here at B & B!! We’ve been treated like VIP from the opening of this new spa. Great specialists for all of the services provided. Totally worth every penny in my book. Beautiful entry lobby area and the the rooms are clean, fresh and new. Filled with their unique therapy equipment. I call one of the machines the kissie machine. Similar to the cupping effect for your back and legs. It’s awesome! Second favorite service is the scalp treatment. Ohhh man, don’t skip over this one. Waterfall on your forehead with shampoos amazing hands and products
