I’m very pleased with the service. I arrived at my laser hair removal appointment with my lidocaine applied at home on my chest area to reduce the pain, however, my skin reacted to my cream showing slight redness since I left it on my skin for too long. NP Jamie advised to wait and see if the redness will calm down, so that I don’t have to reschedule appointment since I never have time. After a few minutes, the redness went away and we finished our laser treatment. 5/5

We love the team here at B & B!! We’ve been treated like VIP from the opening of this new spa. Great specialists for all of the services provided. Totally worth every penny in my book. Beautiful entry lobby area and the the rooms are clean, fresh and new. Filled with their unique therapy equipment. I call one of the machines the kissie machine.
