Had my first ever Endermologie session today at The Contour Method with Jayde and it was amazing!! From start to finish, Jayde was extremely professional and thoroughly explained the process in an understandable way. I was super relaxed throughout the whole process and Jayde regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. This is my second time,I had a treatment two years ago and came back again. What I really appreciate now is how Ale encourages you to exercise as well, because just relying on the treatment alone isn’t sustainable. It works better when it’s combined with exercise and a healthy diet, and Ale creates a space that supports all of that. Excellent. The first treatment got minor a good result while second the CACI made a signigficant difference. The cheeks are just a tad higher than they were before, so I look a little les tired as my 62 years were making me appear to be. The Italian gentlemean who said "bello" as I past made my day.
