This was my first time coming to Pickles and Co and everything was amazing! initially came in for an extension consultation which Simone helped out with a lot by explaining the different types of extensions as well as finding the perfect shade that would blend into my hair. She gave me a whole breakdown of the pricing and which would be best for my specific hair type. then had a cut and finish which brought my hair back to life!!!! It felt so dead and dull before, but once Simone cut and styled it, I feel like a whole new person. I’m so incredibly happy and I will definitely be coming back! <3

I booked with Lera for a wash, cut and blowdry, supervised by senior stylist Demi. I was delighted with my hair at the end of the appointment - it was exactly what I wanted. The customer service was excellent and Lera was super friendly and made me feel at ease very quickly. Especially as Lera is an older apprentice, this felt like an absolute bargain and I’ll definitely be back! 100% would recommend.

Love this place!! Both myself (to Donna) and my daughter (to Paige) have our hair coloured and styled here and neither of us has ever left looking anything but totally gorgeous!! :0) Everyone is lovely and welcoming from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Both Donna and Paige really listen to what you want, and constantly check if you're happy. My daughter can be a little indecisive, but Paige is really patient with her, and goes slowly in order to achieve what my daughter wants. Donna is a perfectionist, and I never leave with a hair out of place! Totally recommend

Alex is a brilliant stylist. I highly recommend him to anyone that wants to take the stress out of following their hair hopes and dreams! I’ve had Alex looking after my hair for nearly 25 years. Very professional, as always, but in a comfortable way. Lovely coffee and does exactly what I want each and every time without doing something which wouldnt suit me, work for my hair. Ant is clearly experienced in this field and the salon is lovely, everyone is welcoming and its an easy location to park at considering its central birmingham. I travel from Tamworth and its always such an easy route. I also have very thick hair and normally takes hours to highlight/dry but Ant has been doing this a while which means he has the ability to be swift without cutting corners. Recommend to anyone.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I would have given 10 stars if there had been a choice. I have followed Simone around Birmingham. She has NEVER let me down. Pickles & Co's staff fit so well together, you can feel a cosy friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Well done everyone. My next appointment was booked before I left. Hannah took great care to understand what I wanted my hair to be like. As always, she worked with great precision and made me feel welcome in the new studio. I'm super happy with my freshly cut and styled hair and can never recommend Hannah enough!

To be styled by a top international stylist is amazing but for Alex to listen to you and understand what you want when I was feeling anxious about a restyle and change I am very grateful for. I can see he absolutely loves what he does. Thank you Alex, I feel great

Exceptional ! Donna is so welcoming, this was a lovely experience for me today. She passed on lots of hair care tips , coloured and styled my hair beautifully, all of which uplifted me.

Chris is very welcoming, following all the government he listens to how you would like your hair styled and truthfully advices you if the style is appropriate for your hair. I would highly recommend him.

First time having a hair cut by Harps. She was friendly and paid great attention to detail. She really took care in the whole process, from a lovely head massage whilst washing, to checking with me throughout the cut to ensure I was happy and explaining what she was doing. Having been to another hair dresser for the last couple of years who had me washed, cut and blow dried in 20 minutes, it was lovely to have a longer appointment where it really felt Harps was invested in what she was doing.
