For the first time in two years, no one offered me tea or water, and the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive to the order of my appointments. I really hope the salon brings back pedicures, they truly have the most comfortable chairs in all of Vancouver!

Akif is an excellent barber ; skilled, detail-oriented, and consistent. I explained the style I wanted, and he nailed it perfectly. Great vibe, clean cut, and a friendly attitude. Easily one of the best in Vancouver.

I had a good experience as my first haircut in Vancouver! The owner personally did my cut who paid attention to detail. Price is slightly high but overall it was a friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Would recommend for anyone who is struggling to find a decent barber in West end area 🤗

Yuma was the one who did the head spa for me. She knows her stuff. I really appreciate that she put in just the perfect amount of strength in the massage, as I had masseuses put in too much strength or too little in the past. You can tell she puts in a lot of attention in her techniques, doesn't half-ass anything, and treats her clients extremely courteously like someone from Japan. The whole experience was quite relaxing too, as I nearly fell asleep during some portions. I would come here again if I am a Vancouver resident, but I live in Toronto!!!! People in Vancouver are blessed.

Haircut was good. However it was difficult conversing and understand hair stylist as he just came to Vancouver recently. Good idea to use translation app until English proficiency improves whilev working at the salon.

It is always a pleasure to go to Be Salon. Had a deep cleansing facial with Thalita for the first time and my skin feels amazing! I’m a bit sensitive and all the products felt good, fresh and smelled delicious. I also had a blowout with Fabiana and my hair looks exactly how I wanted it.

Alberto did an incredible job with my haircut and styling! He communicated his process so well and was open to questions as we went along. I hadn't had my hair cut in a looonngg while so was a bit nervous how it would go- Alberto was amazing about it and everything was done with care and great attention to detail (even factored in how my glasses affect the shape!). It turned out even better than I expected and I got some great tips for styling it on my own at home. I really appreciated his energy and friendliness through the appointment. Thanks Alberto!!
