Didn’t know what to expect as I am new to Ayurvedic practice. I found Dr Anu Handa very supportive, and provided insights into what was out of balance in my body as well techniques and products to help reset my mind and body. The Lymphatic drainage was half soothing half painful, again it was my first experience so I’ll see how I feel over next few days or months following the treatment.

Highly recommended! I’ve just completed the 3 day Panchakarma and it was absolutely incredible. Dr Anu and her team are very welcoming, warm caring and very efficient throughout the whole treatment. The treatment room is absolutely beautiful with a cosy warm fireplace and authentic timber sauna it was exactly what imagined. I feel truly grateful to Dr Anu for her warmth,caring nature and holding space for me throughout the treatments giving me the opportunity to put my health as my priority and to have these Ayurvedic treatments available to me. My daughter and I had a relaxing facial and massage by the lovely Kym and Leah. We came up from Sydney for the weekend but will definitely be back for some pampering when we can.

Abhyanga massage works wonders on my sore and tired muscles and helps clear my lymph tissue. I can highly recommend Dr Rafeena for her professionalism and knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine. I always feels amazing afterwards.

Had such a relaxing Easter Reset Special. The space had a really calm vibe, Ellara was super friendly and knew exactly how much pressure to use with my massage and did a wonderful facial. I left feeling refreshed and way less stressed 😊
