Basia was by far the best masseuse I’ve ever experienced in Bristol and I’ve been to a fair few. I was feeling quite tense and anxious before the massage and within 5 minutes of the massage I instantly felt relaxed and relieved. I left feeling revived, calm and content. Phenomenal. Laura-Lea is so gifted at what she does and the attention to detail was amazing. I came feeling heavy, moody, pre-menstrual and I left feeling lighter, with a complete mind shift and just feeling so completely relaxed. I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Liz. She explains every step clearly and makes it a very welcoming and relaxing experience. The massage itself was perfect, a wonderful combination of pressure, trigger points and breathing exercises. The added bonus being that she comes to your home so you can stay in a relaxed state after she's finished. I would highly recommend Liz's treatments

First time with Trish and I was delighted with the massage. A warm and friendly welcome. She checked everything carefully both before and during the massage e.g. how I was doing that day, what pressure I like and was it still ok. I felt very safely held during the whole appointment and her clever use of towels kept me feeling comfortable and suitably modest throughout what was an excellent massage. I was hugely relaxed almost immediately and wonderfully restored by the end. Truly healing hands.

Very pleased with the results of this facial. I felt very relaxed during the facial but also felt that the facia muscles on my face were getting a good work out but not in an unpleasant way. Trish has got great hands and the ability to read your bodies signals and responses. Will be back:-)

My session was lovely and relaxing- Trish was so warm and welcoming and clearly explained the process to me before starting as I had never had facial cupping done before. Wow! The perfect mix of sports massage deep tissue work that really gets into the problem areas and a relaxing massage. I also loved the fact that the arms, legs, head, feet all got a good working too which other places have often over looked vs the usual back and shoulders. Will be sure to book in every month while you are in Bristol!
