I had never had a facial before so didn't know what to expect but the whole experience was so relaxing. I felt so held and cared for - Sasha paid so much attention to every part of my face and the facial massage made me relax muscles I didn't know I had. Very healing, and I've carried the holistic energy of it with me all day. My skin feels amazing and I smell great!

I had such an amazing time at studio 11! I booked in because two of my friends go here and it was my birthday and my mum was having surgery which I let Kat know and she was so kind. I was worried I might be late because I was at the hospital and she was really understanding even though I wasn’t in the end. She was excited to take on the challenge that was my hair that day and I really loved the outcome. A really nice touch was the neck and head massage. The whole atmosphere at the salon was relaxing, friendly and comfortable.

What a super relaxing facial. Trish really listened to what I said about my skin and chose products accordingly and my skin has been very good since. Head neck and shoulder and arm and hand massage in with the treatment, I didn't want it to end. Would highly recommend the whole thing
