I had never had a facial before so didn't know what to expect but the whole experience was so relaxing. I felt so held and cared for - Sasha paid so much attention to every part of my face and the facial massage made me relax muscles I didn't know I had. The girls did such an amazing job with my unruly locks during my wedding trial and I came out feeling like brunette Rapunzel with my glossy new locks! I had a luxe aromatherapy mini-massage included as standard, a perfectly matched hair tint, cut, blow-dry, clip-in extensions fitted and styling from the gods. First time with Trish and I was delighted with the massage. A warm and friendly welcome. She checked everything carefully both before and during the massage e.g. how I was doing that day, what pressure I like and was it still ok. I felt very safely held during the whole appointment and her clever use of towels kept me feeling comfortable and suitably modest throughout what was an excellent massage. I was hugely relaxed almost immediately and wonderfully restored by the end. Truly healing hands.

What a super relaxing facial. Trish really listened to what I said about my skin and chose products accordingly and my skin has been very good since. Head neck and shoulder and arm and hand massage in with the treatment, I didn't want it to end. Would highly recommend the whole thing
