It wasn’t our first visit, this was actually our third time booking with the Mansion Spa, and it just keeps getting better. Our treatments were with Debbie and Valentina, and they were both fantastic. I had the relaxing massage while my friend opted for a deep tissue massage, and we were both incredibly impressed. By the end, we felt so relaxed we genuinely didn’t want to leave. A perfect experience from start to finish… 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back again.

I've had a few deep tissue massages with Sue, and she is absolutely fantastic. She always takes the time to listen and tailor the treatment to my needs. Her massages have helped me tremendously with both sports injuries and stress, and I always leave feeling so relaxed and relived. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her clients and loves what she does.

Both the reception staff and the therapist were incredibly kind and welcoming. The environment was clean and well-organised. The treatment itself felt absolutely amazing. It was like being in heaven. Before the session, she kindly asked me the areas I wanted to focus on, and she really paid attention and worked on them thoroughly. We booked a full body Swedish massage for couples. We have been to various spas for massage and the Mansion Spa is one of the best experiences so far. Beds are heated, large and comfortable. The building g us nicely decorated and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The massage itself lasted 1.5 hours and it was great. The therapist has done a great and very thorough job on my back which is very knotty. My husband and I both felt relaxed and really enjoyed the experience. We will be back again.

Amazing as always. The beds are heated and super wide so your arms don’t dangle off the sides. I had a minty oil today and it was incredible, I always feel so relaxed when I’ve had a massage here. Thank you Shameena!

Overall it was a very good massage session. The therapist was professional and made me feel comfortable. There was a bit more pressure on my back and neck than I expected at times, but it was still fine and helped relieve tension. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Would definitely recommend.

Cristina was outstanding without me even mentioning it, she immediately located the knot in my left shoulder that had been bothering me for weeks and worked on it with real care and precision. The Mansion Spa was superb, serene, spotless, and beautifully lit, which instantly put me at ease. The receptionist was genuinely polite, welcoming, and very helpful. Grace was exceptionally attentive and intuitive. Her Swedish massage combined perfectly judged pressure with long, flowing strokes and a calm, seamless rhythm, with precise attention to tight spots. Warm, professional, and highly skilled, she left me lighter, looser, and deeply relaxed. I’ll be returning regularly and recommending Grace by name.

She was very thoughtful and caring throughout the entire session, checking in to ensure the pressure was right and that I was comfortable. I left feeling so much lighter and relaxed.
