Had my first visit with Bobbi today and honestly she was amazing from start to finish. Professional, welcoming, and instantly made me feel comfortable. The attention to detail, care, and overall experience were top tier. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Lucy is literally THE best brow tech around! She transforms my brows whenever I visit. Her salon is clean, comfortable & professional. Lucy is always welcoming and very bubbly/friendly. Today I braved a Hollywood wax too and whilst I was extremely embarrassed, she put me totally at ease and was very quick & efficient. So pleased I’m holiday ready! Thank you lucy x
