I had a microdermabrasion facial and a winter warmer massage later in a week and both are incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The pressure was perfect, knots released and it felt like I become a few inches taller 😀 Amy is very friendly, welcomes with a big smile on her face. Highly recommend, she is a star 🌟

Had a mini facial with Ella yesterday along with a chemical peel and it was really lovely. She made me feel comfortable straight away and the whole experience was super relaxing. My skin looked incredible afterwards—so fresh and glowy, even from a shorter treatment. Ella was friendly and professional throughout. Would definitely go back and recommend 😊

Been coming for nearly 5 years and just when I think I have had the best treatment ever, they bring something out better. I bought a Christmas voucher for the snow queen facial, it was an hour and a half of absolute bliss! So pleased to hear that it will on the treatment list going forward. I had such a lovely day with Cassidy! First she did my nails and worked her magic on a shimmery rainbow blend on acrylics. She then did me a lash lift and tint which is just AHHHMAZING. Finally, I had a facial with her led mask, soothing products and a gentle, relaxing touch! I honestly cannot wait for my next visit 🤗

Lovely massage, we only visit Bournemouth once a year but I will definitely book in again.

Absolutely magical massage and facial. Felt very calm and destressed after. Super friendly, relaxing and professional. Would highly recommend!

A charming holistic space. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels calm, welcoming, and beautifully designed — a true sanctuary Ellie is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She takes time to explain everything and makes you feel completely at ease. The facilities are wonderful! I love the infrared sauna and red light therapy, which always leave me feeling relaxed and re-energised. Today’s session was particularly special, combining oxygen therapy, a shiatsu foot massage, a warm eye mask, and a heated relaxation chair. It was deeply relaxing!

Dawn was warm and welcoming. My treatment was outstanding - best facial I’ve had in a long time. I would highly recommend. A lovely treatment by an even lovlier person.

Maria is a star in fact, she’s a consistent star. She always gives 100%., Her service never waivers. I know I’m going to get exemplary treatment from her whether it’s a pedicure, manicure, facial, or massage. I am never disappointed.. Whatever I expected, this experience exceeded it in every way! My first time visiting Freeda and Michelle for a ZO peel. I’ve had many skin peels, facials and treatments in my time but never one this AMAZING. I felt pampered in every sense, and my former experiences of having peels were never what I would describe as “pampering”. She greeted me as if I were a close friend and is so precious. She’s also so beautiful, ethical and knowledgable about her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and have already booked in my next session. I wish I could see her every week! The salon is stunning!

Had a lovely experience at Redlocks. Hugo was really professional and made me feel really welcome and comfortable throughout. We had a quick chat at the start of the appointment and he listened carefully to what I wanted, and always took the time to explain what he was doing to make sure I was happy. I left the salon with gorgeous, healthy beach waves that lasted all day and still looked lovely even after being out all evening (almost unheard of in my fine, flat hair!). Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good hair salon in Bournemouth!
