This is without a doubt the best salon in Bournemouth. I get a lot of compliments on my cut since I discovered Redlocks. Paula is so professional, very experienced and really listens to her clients.

Had a lovely experience at Redlocks. Hugo was really professional and made me feel really welcome and comfortable throughout. We had a quick chat at the start of the appointment and he listened carefully to what I wanted, and always took the time to explain what he was doing to make sure I was happy. I left the salon with gorgeous, healthy beach waves that lasted all day and still looked lovely even after being out all evening (almost unheard of in my fine, flat hair!). Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good hair salon in Bournemouth!

Paula was so lovely. My first time coming here/ finding a hairdresser in Bournemouth to go. I’ve always been scared to try somewhere new. However, the minute I went there it was perfect. I love all the flowers and decorations in Redlocks, I think it’s really nicely designed and everyone is so welcoming. One of the best haircuts and dye that I’ve had and I’ve gotten so many compliments. I will definitely be coming back here when it needs doing again x I really love it thank you🩷

I had such a lovely day with Cassidy! First she did my nails and worked her magic on a shimmery rainbow blend on acrylics. She then did me a lash lift and tint which is just AHHHMAZING. Finally, I had a facial with her led mask, soothing products and a gentle, relaxing touch! I honestly cannot wait for my next visit 🤗

I had a microdermabrasion facial and a winter warmer massage later in a week and both are incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The pressure was perfect, knots released and it felt like I become a few inches taller 😀 Amy is very friendly, welcomes with a big smile on her face. Highly recommend, she is a star 🌟

Microneedling with 2 Derma serums. Amazing treatment! I was feeling low about approaching 50years old, my skin looked so dull and old. Sarah has made my skin glow which has given me a sprinkling of self confidence. My skin now looks so clean and bright. I had a firming serum on my forehead which I can feel is tighter. I treated my Daughter to a relaxing facial, Megan was very attentive she made sure my Daughter was comfortable and explained everything she was going to be doing. My Daughter had never had a facial before she loved it Megan made her feel so relaxed, she was very knowledgeable and explained each part of the treatment. She came out smiling and her skin looked and felt amazing afterwards. I would definitely recommend Megan.

I had my feet done and a facial at Cassidy’s Salon and oh my god — absolutely amazing. My feet feel so clean and are so much less painful to walk on now, it’s made a huge difference. The facial was just as incredible — my face feels as smooth as a baby’s bum, genuinely fresh, and so much lighter. My skin feels renewed rather than heavy. The facial itself was so relaxing and calming, and honestly something my nervous system was definitely overdue for. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, and they even offered me a coffee, which was a really nice touch. I left feeling pampered and refreshed

I have a regular monthly massage with Tess, which is fantastic, but decided to treat myself to a facial….wow! I haven’t had many facials, but Tess’ facial is on another level!! Highly recommend and Tess is so knowledgable too. Can’t wait to book another!

Hayley was very patient and took time to review the ingredients of the skincare products I am recently using to ensure that they would not cause side effects post laser treatment to remove my facial hair. Hayley also explained about the procedure of preparing for the laser treatment ensuring I am aware of the duration of the treatment and what it entails while ensuring that I do not move the googles and leave them covering my eyes. She spent some time adjusting the googles ensuring that they covered my eyes comfortably and securely.
