I had a microdermabrasion facial and a winter warmer massage later in a week and both are incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The pressure was perfect, knots released and it felt like I become a few inches taller 😀 Amy is very friendly, welcomes with a big smile on her face. Highly recommend, she is a star 🌟

Been coming for nearly 5 years and just when I think I have had the best treatment ever, they bring something out better. I bought a Christmas voucher for the snow queen facial, it was an hour and a half of absolute bliss! So pleased to hear that it will on the treatment list going forward. A charming holistic space. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels calm, welcoming, and beautifully designed — a true sanctuary Ellie is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She takes time to explain everything and makes you feel completely at ease. The facilities are wonderful! I love the infrared sauna and red light therapy, which always leave me feeling relaxed and re-energised. Today’s session was particularly special, combining oxygen therapy, a shiatsu foot massage, a warm eye mask, and a heated relaxation chair. It was deeply relaxing!

Dawn was warm and welcoming. My treatment was outstanding - best facial I’ve had in a long time. I would highly recommend. A lovely treatment by an even lovlier person.

Whatever I expected, this experience exceeded it in every way! My first time visiting Freeda and Michelle for a ZO peel. I’ve had many skin peels, facials and treatments in my time but never one this AMAZING. I felt pampered in every sense, and my former experiences of having peels were never what I would describe as “pampering”. She greeted me as if I were a close friend and is so precious. She’s also so beautiful, ethical and knowledgable about her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and have already booked in my next session. I wish I could see her every week! The salon is stunning!

Had a lovely experience at Redlocks. Hugo was really professional and made me feel really welcome and comfortable throughout. We had a quick chat at the start of the appointment and he listened carefully to what I wanted, and always took the time to explain what he was doing to make sure I was happy. I left the salon with gorgeous, healthy beach waves that lasted all day and still looked lovely even after being out all evening (almost unheard of in my fine, flat hair!). Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good hair salon in Bournemouth!

A delightfully relaxing facial using amazing products. Louisa is incredibly knowledgeable which instills confidence. My skin felt so soft, soothed and norished. I can highly reccomend.

Natalie was so calm and chilled when trying to get blood as I was so dehydrated which was my own fault. Otherwise, my facial was just fine. 😊

I have been having a course of microdermabrasion facials and the treatment room is very nice and clean and the facial is great. I went for the added neck and shoulder massage and also the add on eye mask and ice gloves. Both very pampering and relaxing. A very comfortable and relaxing space and very professional staff. Always so lovely and friendly. Definitely recommend. They also offer various other treatments which I'm excited to try after I've completed my course of microdermabrasion facials 😁
