Had a lovely experience at Redlocks. Hugo was really professional and made me feel really welcome and comfortable throughout. We had a quick chat at the start of the appointment and he listened carefully to what I wanted, and always took the time to explain what he was doing to make sure I was happy. I left the salon with gorgeous, healthy beach waves that lasted all day and still looked lovely even after being out all evening (almost unheard of in my fine, flat hair!). Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good hair salon in Bournemouth!

I had such a lovely day with Cassidy! First she did my nails and worked her magic on a shimmery rainbow blend on acrylics. She then did me a lash lift and tint which is just AHHHMAZING. Finally, I had a facial with her led mask, soothing products and a gentle, relaxing touch! I honestly cannot wait for my next visit 🤗

I can't recommend this salon enough! I've been coming here for a long time for everything from nails and waxing to skincare treatments, and every visit is amazing. Today I had the soothing HydraFacial, and my skin feels so much clearer, smoother and calmer—it genuinely feels refreshed. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing too. The facial, along with the head, arm and hand massages, was absolute bliss. I left feeling completely pampered, relaxed and glowing. I can't wait for my next visit!

I recently had facial contour filler for the first time, after mentioning to Sarah that I felt my face was looking a little saggy. She explained the entire process clearly, including what to expect, and made me feel completely at ease. The results are absolutely amazing. Whatever I expected, this experience exceeded it in every way! My first time visiting Freeda and Michelle for a ZO peel. I’ve had many skin peels, facials and treatments in my time but never one this AMAZING. I felt pampered in every sense, and my former experiences of having peels were never what I would describe as “pampering”. She greeted me as if I were a close friend and is so precious. She’s also so beautiful, ethical and knowledgable about her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and have already booked in my next session. I wish I could see her every week! The salon is stunning!

I had a microdermabrasion facial and a winter warmer massage later in a week and both are incredibly relaxing and enjoyable.
