Had a mini facial with Ella yesterday along with a chemical peel and it was really lovely. She made me feel comfortable straight away and the whole experience was super relaxing. My skin looked incredible afterwards—so fresh and glowy, even from a shorter treatment. Ella was friendly and professional throughout. Would definitely go back and recommend 😊

Fantastic Indian head massage … Zoe is very welcoming and easy to talk to. The massage is really relaxing and nice little touches like heated blanket and warm eye mask, which all relieved stress! My first visit and definitely booking again… thank you 🙏🏻

Been coming for nearly 5 years and just when I think I have had the best treatment ever, they bring something out better. I bought a Christmas voucher for the snow queen facial, it was an hour and a half of absolute bliss! So pleased to hear that it will on the treatment list going forward. Great service as always! Super friendly business & always great beauty services offered. I had my nails done today ready for Christmas & Megan, Katie and Sophia are all extremely welcoming. If you’re lucky you’ll get pup cuddles too. Can’t fault this lovely Southbourne business.

I have been having a course of microdermabrasion facials and the treatment room is very nice and clean and the facial is great. I went for the added neck and shoulder massage and also the add on eye mask and ice gloves. Both very pampering and relaxing. A very comfortable and relaxing space and very professional staff. Always so lovely and friendly. Definitely recommend. They also offer various other treatments which I'm excited to try after I've completed my course of microdermabrasion facials 😁
