Visited twice now first time for reflexology and today for massage and dry needling. Natasha is very experienced, understands very well how the body works and adapts the treatment for exactly what you need. Today she has released parts of my back that have been trapped for months. Phoebe starts the session asking about any issues and adapts to support. She will also offer exercises or advice about the particular issues- I discovered the knot in my shoulder was likely due to weaker pec muscles! Can't wait until next time!

Had my first holistic sports massage with Phoebe today and can't recommend her enough! I had my neck, back and legs treated, along with cupping. I wasn't sure what I needed, but Phoebe did. She explained everything and asked for my permission before starting the cupping, which I really appreciated. The treatment room is a beautiful, peaceful hidden gem, and Phoebe is so kind and friendly, it felt like catching up with an old friend. I didn't realise how tight my body was until afterwards. I feel so relaxed, so much freer, and I'm looking forward to a great night's sleep. Thank you, Phoebe!

I can’t recommend Natasha highly enough. She knows exactly where to find my tight muscles without me having to explain exactly where they are and deals with them expertly, going deep enough by applying enough pressure without me being in agony. She not only does massages but can also deal with scar tissue! She’s an absolutely brilliant find and I’m very happy she was recommended to me.
