Cynthia is great! I’ve been going to her for some months now I usually get Acrylic powder & she never disappoints! The atmosphere is welcoming, she has all kinds of colors, designs, dip powders, gels & powders. She’s not expensive & whatever you choose to get, it will be worth it & she will have you walking out feeling like a millions bucks! Highly recommended!!!
