The best hairdresser ever does such a good job every time my hair has never been in such good condition thank you to April and her product recommendations and salon professional products she uses in the salon on everyone too! Emily was very friendly and welcoming. I had my first appointment for BIAB nails, she talked me through what she would be doing and let me choose my colours. It was a very relaxing experience, very happy with the colours and the end result, I look forward to my next appointment.

Emily was really lovely and welcoming. Maintained a conversation so you felt at ease. She’s really good at what she does and takes her time and makes sure you’re happy with it. Liene was a fantastic host. She accommodated our lateness for the treatment initially and her communication was second to none. The treatment itself was dreamlike and very relaxing. So much so that my partner felt like she was in a trance and could have stayed on the treatment table forever. Further to this, because it was her birthday, Liene have her a gift and card. These small touches show that the art of customer satisfaction is not dead. It is alive and well in Cleethorpes.
