Kathy is an expert at her job. I told her it was my first time getting eyelash extensions, and I explained that I preferred a more natural look — not thick or heavy lashes. She explained the types of lashes that would suit the shape of my face and guided me through the process. She was very gentle and careful with her work, and the results turned out clean and beautiful. I also added eyebrow waxing and tinting, and everything was done perfectly. This was my first visit to this spa and I had such a great experience. It was my first time getting sugaring done also and I will never go back to hard wax. It was very fast but gentle and almost painless. If you need any waxing done I highly recommend smooth and sweet. She is also such a wonderful person and made the whole experience very relaxing.
