Always a pleasure visiting Rach. She has an amazing talent and is forever increasing her skills in more areas. Today I had my brows done and shes done another amazing job. I’ve had my PMU lips, eyeline(top&bottom) & brows and also a fine line tattoo. All are exceptional.

Rachael was friendly and welcoming, explained everything prior to treatment. Room was clean and tidy. Everything used was disposable so no risk of infection at all. Very, very impressed. Third time of having my old brow colour lifted. I was happy to go ahead as Rachel had said it might take 3-5 times but also offered advice about alternative options to consider. The numbing solution does take away quite a lot of the stinging. I’m not going to say it’s painless but it’s worth the sting to get rid of embedded old ink. Tonight my brows have settled down completely and as always, I’m confident that Rachel has given me her best care during the process. Can’t wait to see if my brow colour has lifted enough after this one to go ahead with brush strokes at my next appt in 8 weeks!
