it’s tucked in a small nook. I had the 45-min Indian head massage with Amrita — the added neck and shoulder work was a lovely surprise and melted all my stress. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment! Amrita has a calming presence and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed.

I booked in for a sports massage but it was much more indepth and thorough. Jason's assessment, treatment and recommendations of exercises to complete at home has made an improvement in how I feel, my flexibility and discomfort. He was welcoming and made me feel comfortable for my appointment. Great value for money, and I would recommend Parkstone Chiropractic & Wellness.

Excellent session with Jason - highly recommend! He’s very knowledgeable, kind, and listens to you. I’ve been to several massage therapist and this one was the best by far. My left hip and knee felt a lot better after our session, I have exercises to practice, and I already booked my follow-up.

Fantastic-very good professional soft tissue massage. Jason took in account the history of the injury, made an assessment and explained everything in detail- learned a lot about the the mechanics of the legs- how to prevent another injury from happening and vey good advice regarding stretches and treatment. Super happy would highly recommend him for ultra runners!

Sarah is so lovely, warm and friendly, she immediately put me at ease when I first met her and instantly felt in safe hands. I suffer from pretty persistent back pain and recently returned from an intense 2 week holiday and was feeling very uncomfortable and in pain which was impacting my wellbeing. After my first massage from Sarah I instantly got off the massage table and noticed the pain in my lower back had gone. I remembered that it’s christmas next week and i totally forgot that my hair needs doing!! i asked around and it was really hard finding a hairdresser available, then catherine popped up! I decided to give it a whirl, and im so satisfied with the service!! First of all my hair looks SO GOOD!! And when it comes to the massage when washing my hair, it was exceptional!! I’ve also got hearing aids, and she didn’t treat me any differently, when i had to take them out, she still made conversation which i love, because i told her i can lip read, definitely returning! 💕

Relaxing therapeutic massage.

Fantastic TMJ treatment for my tight jaw. This included neck, upper back, chest, scalp and jaw massage as well as soft tissue release of the jaw muscles inside the mouth. I was able to open my mouth wider at the end of the hour's session! See you next week.

Claire is a very knowledgeable and experienced therapist. I previously received excellent massages from her, I am now having lymphatic treatments (in a hope to rebalance and reduce inflammation). I know I am in the best hands, and I look forward to receiving further treatments.
