I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

I booked in for a sports massage but it was much more indepth and thorough. Jason's assessment, treatment and recommendations of exercises to complete at home has made an improvement in how I feel, my flexibility and discomfort. He was welcoming and made me feel comfortable for my appointment. Great value for money, and I would recommend Parkstone Chiropractic & Wellness.

I had a wonderful full body massage with Julie — I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and re-energised. Her technique is excellent: firm, skilled, and very reassuring throughout. I especially love the massage wax she uses — it feels luxurious and really enhances the experience. Highly recommend if you want to unwind and reset

I've been having reflexology and massage therapies for the last decade due to managing long term illnesses. I started seeing Sarah at the end of last year and immediately I could tell, she genuinely loves what she does. She has a warm smile and a personality to match and she has such a lovely relaxing space. I've now had several sessions including massage, reflexology and a gel pedicure. I've loved every single one. My favourite is the massage and reflexology combination which I had today and just about to book in my next one, as Sarah is just fabulous!

I can’t recommend Claire enough! Not only is she amazing ar manual lymphatic drainage massages, but she also provides invaluable advice on what to do at home to support my healing. Her recommendations for products to aid in the recovery process have been a game-changer. I always leave feeling more relaxed and confident in my progress. I visited went on the internet this morning to make an appointment with a Chiropractor. Parkstone Chiropractic came up, I lived close so opted for the practice. I booked at 8.20 and was seen for 10am. I felt listened to and plenty of care was made to ensure I understood not only my back issues but other medical reasons for my back pain. I have rebooked and shall continue to use this Practice for future chiropractic care. I can highly recommend this practice

This is the only place I will come to get a massage now!! Laima is incredible at what she does. She has a lot of knowledge, skill and strength. It honestly is the best massages I've ever had. Sarah is so lovely, warm and friendly, she immediately put me at ease when I first met her and instantly felt in safe hands. This was the first time that I had a Luxury Dermaplaning facial. It was amazing from start to finish! The ambiance was perfect and the whole treatment felt luxurious. I particularly loved the cooling mask whilst having a relaxing massage. My skin is smooth, glowing and hydrated! I will definitely be having another one!

Jason was amazing as usual. Always welcoming. I have a ongoing problem with my shoulder. After going to countless places to easy the pain Jason managed to fix the problem with three sessions. I would recommend Parkstone Chiropractic Clinic to everyone!

Relaxing therapeutic massage.

Dominique lava shell massage is wonderful , she is so professional and her salon’s atmosphere is very relaxing , never feel rushed and always leave feeling relaxed and pampered .

Fridah, is always so polite and friendly really makes you feel welcome and relaxed. Her attention to detail is good, a shampoo & condition is a real treat with a relaxing head massage. I'm sure Fridah will go on to become a fabulous hairdresser! Happy customer :)

Sarah made me feel very welcome. Room was warm bed heated and I loved the hot neck towel she put on me. My neck and back were really painfully tight and her massage was lovely. I really started to relax and I am definitely going back for another one. Thank you Sarah x

I always end up in some kind of deep meditation during the massage and feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Jodie who I had today is a fantastic masseuse and made the whole experience lovely.
