Excellent session with Jason - highly recommend! He’s very knowledgeable, kind, and listens to you. I’ve been to several massage therapist and this one was the best by far. My left hip and knee felt a lot better after our session, I have exercises to practice, and I already booked my follow-up.

Fantastic-very good professional soft tissue massage. Jason took in account the history of the injury, made an assessment and explained everything in detail- learned a lot about the the mechanics of the legs- how to prevent another injury from happening and vey good advice regarding stretches and treatment. Super happy would highly recommend him for ultra runners!

Claire was amazing from start to finish, explained everything and was so gentle and reassuring with my post tummy tuck MLD. I booked in for a sports massage but it was much more indepth and thorough. Jason's assessment, treatment and recommendations of exercises to complete at home has made an improvement in how I feel, my flexibility and discomfort. He was welcoming and made me feel comfortable for my appointment. Great value for money, and I would recommend Parkstone Chiropractic & Wellness.

A really wonderful Winter warmer with Amy. The massage was at just the right amount of pressure for me, the facial and head massage were very relaxing and the hand warmers were a treat until I felt my hands were too hot. Sorry Amy for making you jump!
