My appointment was 2 weeks post op and was recommended by my surgeon as part of the recovery process. I'd never heard of MLD massages before, so I'm happy that I found Claire as she's been fantastic & very knowledgeable. I was still very sore & swollen when I first came to see her, but she managed to gently massage & drain alot of my fluids away during each session, with the added bonus of red light therapy to aid the healing. Claire always offered advice & provided helpful tips to aid my recovery & overall cosmetic results. I have just completed my final massage session & couldn't be happier!

I booked in for a sports massage but it was much more indepth and thorough. Jason's assessment, treatment and recommendations of exercises to complete at home has made an improvement in how I feel, my flexibility and discomfort. He was welcoming and made me feel comfortable for my appointment. Great value for money, and I would recommend Parkstone Chiropractic & Wellness.

I visited went on the internet this morning to make an appointment with a Chiropractor. Parkstone Chiropractic came up, I lived close so opted for the practice. I booked at 8.20 and was seen for 10am. I felt listened to and plenty of care was made to ensure I understood not only my back issues but other medical reasons for my back pain. I have rebooked and shall continue to use this Practice for future chiropractic care. I can highly recommend this practice

My second session of CranioSacral Therapy with Teresa and WOW! What a powerful experience! During my first session I felt lots of muscular tension and it also mimicked my migraine pain-I was satisfied as I chose this to treat my migraine and it definitely worked on the right area. But the second treatment was completely different level of experience. It was very relaxing and I didn't feel any tension at all. But at one point my whole body started to shake, and I laughed and cried unstoppably for about ten minutes. I can't explain what happened, but definitely SOMETHING. Can't recommend enough

Jason was amazing as usual. Always welcoming. I have a ongoing problem with my shoulder. After going to countless places to easy the pain Jason managed to fix the problem with three sessions. I would recommend Parkstone Chiropractic Clinic to everyone!

Popped in today to see Khianna as part of my regular Botox treatment plan. She suggested a subtle brow lift, and I love that we’re always on the same page. It’s so reassuring to have someone who understands exactly what I’m after as I approach 50. Thanks again!

Claire is always attentive to my injuries and needs and will tailor the treatment accordingly on the day, depending on how I present when I arrive. Claire has a wonderful overall holistic view where she not only focuses on the physical but your overall well being, which we all need to be reminded of. I have known Claire for several years and she is the one person I continually return to for treatment.

I have been attending the clinic for a few years now , have had different treatments with Khianna and Michelle. Currently having the new EXION treatment which I can highly recommend, the results for overall skin tightening, clarity and renewed youthfulness are absolutely incredible. Ladies you are and always have been incredible and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin.

Within 2 weeks the pain in my ankle subsided significantly. Jason is extremely knowledgable and carefully explained that how I was standing and walking was affecting other areas that could cause issues in later life. He also makes the sessions fun. I would highly recommend Jason and Parkstone Chiropractic.

Teresa was able to book me in very quickly, made me feel really comfortable and was able to relieve some of my pelvic girdle pain (at 35 weeks pregnant) in our first session which made me a lot more comfortable walking and sleeping immediately. I wish I had addressed my pain earlier and recommend Parkstone chiropractic clinic, especially for prenatal for those who may be nervous about finding a suitable practitioner. Claire is amazing in all that she does. LDM after surgery. Deep tissue. Migraine relief. Posture correction..... I could go on and on and on. I doubt there is much she doesn't knowabout the body and mind either and she explains it all to you. She is absolutely lovely as well
