I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

I had the most amazing Swedish massage with Jodie! From start to finish the experience was so relaxing and professional. Jodie made me feel completely comfortable and really focused on the areas where I was holding tension. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and so much lighter. I’ve been to so many places for massages in the past, here and abroad and honestly Natural body cafe are just perfect. I always end up in some kind of deep meditation during the massage and feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Jodie who I had today is a fantastic masseuse and made the whole experience lovely.

Natural Body Cafe is a tranquil oasis on the High Street! The second you walk in the sound and smells make you relax and I'm so impressed with the range of treatments that are offered. Carmen is fantastic. She really knows what she is talking about out and provides an incredibly relaxing treatment every time! I love how she really takes her time to get to know you and your needs and if doing so takes 10 minutes, then she just adds time on at the end of the treatment so you don't miss out on a single second! Not many places nowadays quote for a 90 min treatment where you actually get 90 mins!

Snezhana gave me a full body massage along with a face and neck lymphatic drainage treatment, wow, what a difference! I had s wonderful day yesterday. In the indoor and outdoor poole sauna and steam room and then jumping in the waves. All staff were brilliant. Two people stood out especially. Neil Pslmer who went the extta mile for us. In the pool area and Sansah who gave me a wonderful Calm Seas Body Bslance Ritual. I felt so good afterwards I gave her s hug. My husband John snd i used to be life members and it was lovely to be bsck yesterday. It was a shame that we were unable to use our membetship for 18 months from March 20 to Sept 21 because of Covid.

I have been having treatments with Sarah for over 14 years. I would thoroughly recommend her. She is incredibly professional, extremely knowledgeable about her treatments and the products that she uses and always makes you feel welcome and relaxed. This was the first time that I had a Luxury Dermaplaning facial. It was amazing from start to finish! The ambiance was perfect and the whole treatment felt luxurious. I particularly loved the cooling mask whilst having a relaxing massage. My skin is smooth, glowing and hydrated! I will definitely be having another one!

I started seeing Sarah at the end of last year and immediately I could tell, she genuinely loves what she does. She has a warm smile and a personality to match and she has such a lovely relaxing space. I've now had several sessions including massage, reflexology and a gel pedicure. I've loved every single one. My favourite is the massage and reflexology combination which I had today and just about to book in my next one, as Sarah is just fabulous!
