Today was my first visit to Healing Hands and it won't be the last. I was made to feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived. Muliana clearly loves her job and is very skilled. I booked for a massage, initially opting for deep tissue, but after discussing we decided that as I have a game to play at the weekend, a medium to firm Thai oil massage would be a more sensible place to start. She asked about any problem areas and worked extra magic on these during the appointment. I 100% recommend Healing Hands Manchester.

Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. Best massage ever! It was deeply relaxing and adjusted perfectly to my preferences, and all the knots were gone by the end. I felt refreshed and full of life afterwards. She’s a lovely lady with a great personality, which made the whole experience even better. I booked my next session straight away. Really good experience at Soman Studio Sports Massage. I went in with a painful knot/tightness in my shoulder and felt much better after the session. The treatment was professional, thorough and targeted the exact area that was causing me trouble. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and everything was explained clearly. Had a lovely couples massage followed by some delicious tea and to our surprise a sauna experience. It was such a relaxing and lovely day, especially for my husband who doesn't typically do these type of things. He said he'd come back :) which is a very big compliment. Had a neck and shoulders massage this evening and feel so much better. Demi was very attentive to ensure the correct pressure was applied, the environment was inviting and relaxing. The heated under blanket was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend anyone to try Demi, she was lovely and even offered me a glass of Prosecco for being her first client. I had an amazing experience at Roukh Thai Wellness in Prestwich. Nora is highly skilled and very professional. She gave one of the best deep tissue and hot stone massages I’ve had in Manchester. Her technique and understanding of muscle tension and pressure points were excellent. The deep tissue, hot stones, and stretching helped release tightness in my back and shoulders. The place is clean, calm, and relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and much lighter. Highly recommend Nora.
