Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. I have been struggling with a shoulder injury for many years, started coming here for chamber sessions and have also had cupping all helped manage the pain but recently started acupuncture with Dylan and that has been amazing. His knowledge is excellent and he has tailored my treatment to my needs. I have had 3 sessions so far and the daily pain I have had for at least 10 years has reduced by about 80%. Paris had assessed me thoroughly throughout an earlier treatment, recognised an issue and directed me to request an MRI. I did as she suggested and have subsequently been referred to three specialists. I can’t rate her enough. Her approach is safe, considered and careful, yet so thorough. I now visit every four weeks and see this as a must.
