Visited the Alchemy Team in their new premises, for the first time today. Kelly is always very friendly as usual. Herself and team do their best to keep us, their clients, safe by wearing all the right PPE gear. It was really a very nice experience to see Kelly again. The new salon is absolutely gorgeous and chairs are very comfy. I propose to you ladies and gentlemen out there, to go and try it out. You won't regret it, that I can promise. It's located at 419 Bury Old Road, Prestwich, Manchester.

Kelly was very prepared, very professional and re-assuring. When I went into the salon my hair was in bad shape and damaged and the staff were so amazing and managed to make my hair beautiful again, so happy!!!

Consultation before booking was exceptional, listened to what I would like, offered different procedures, explaining each and offered recommendations based on what I said. Communication continued after booking, right up to the day of the procedure. I was welcomed, consulted and sense checked before the procedure took place. I was reassured and relaxed. The procedure itself was painless, because I was reassured all the way through. At the end, I left confident of the next steps and the aftercare support if needed.
